Alcalá de Henares Gastronomy shines again at FITUR

The Gastronomy of Alcalá de Henares shows off again in FITUR Fitur 2023 One of the highlights of the 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗪𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 events at the Alcalá de Henares stand at FITUR is seeing the chefs from the participating restaurants working hand in hand to show the world all the good things that are cooked up in our city. It doesn't matter that they come from different establishments and that each one presents its dish because there they work together for a single goal: to put on the IFEMA table the clear message that in the birthplace of Cervantes, gastronomy is worthy of a World Heritage City. A message that unites the 22 partners that are part of Alcalá Gastronomic - Fomentur: The association of hoteliers for the promotion of tourism in Alcalá de Henares. Yesterday opened the showcooking Oskar Reguilón, from @Ki-Jote, and Silviu Semergiu, from Restaurant Skrei Noruego.
